Why per-branch / per-month?

Because that's how hospital groups actually grow. Adding a sixth clinic shouldn't trigger a fresh negotiation or a new install. You pay for the sites you operate; if you close one, you stop paying for it.

Can we start with just one or two modules?

Yes. CareHubOS is modular by design. Most groups start with EHR + Patient Portal + Billing, then layer in Pharmacy when the inventory pain gets bad enough, then Lab and Radiology as those teams come online. The unused modules sit dormant — no extra cost.

What's included in a branch?

Branches are physical sites. Each one gets unlimited admissions, OPD visits, dispenses, lab orders — there's no per-record metering. The pricing is sized so a small clinic and a 200-bed hospital pay the same per-branch rate; we're not in the business of penalising busy sites.

Do you offer pilot pricing?

Yes — we run 90-day pilots at a discounted rate for groups committing to a full rollout afterwards. Sales sets terms on a case-by-case basis to match the size and complexity of the pilot.

Can we self-host?

Yes — Enterprise tier includes on-prem and hybrid options. We support customers running CareHubOS in their own data centre with our managed-services team providing patches, monitoring, and upgrades.

How does training and onboarding work?

Onboarding is priced per facility and includes role-based training (clinical, pharmacy, reception, billing, admin), data migration from your existing system where applicable, and four weeks of hyper-care after go-live. Quoted as part of the initial proposal.

What about data migration from our current system?

Migration is a fixed-bid line item on every contract. We've migrated from spreadsheets, paper, custom in-house systems, and the major regional EHRs. Our team scopes the work after a discovery call and quotes once.
