These terms govern your use of the CareHubOS marketing website at carehubos.com. Customer use of the CareHubOS healthcare platform itself is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) negotiated as part of the onboarding process. Nothing on this website creates a contractual obligation to provide the platform — that obligation arises only from a signed MSA.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or any related systems.
• Submit forms with fraudulent, automated, or harassing content.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content beyond what is permitted in our robots.txt.
• Republish substantive portions of the site's content without written permission. Short quotations with attribution are fine.

All content on this website — text, graphics, the CareHubOS brand mark, the underlying source code published in our public repos — is owned by CareHubOS or its licensors. The MIT-or-equivalent licence attached to any open-source code we publish takes precedence over this clause for that code.

Submitting feedback, suggestions, or feature requests via any channel grants us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that input in the development of CareHubOS.

Booking a demo or joining the early-access list does not create a contractual right to access the platform. Both are at our discretion and may be subject to a separate agreement before any access is granted.

CareHubOS is healthcare software. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a recommendation to use any specific treatment, drug, or workflow. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed clinicians using the platform.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available but make no specific availability guarantees for the marketing website (product SLAs live in the MSA).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareHubOS's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this marketing website is limited to the amount you have paid us for use of the website in the preceding 12 months — which, since the marketing website is free to access, is zero. The applicable limitation for the product itself is set in the MSA.

You agree to indemnify and hold CareHubOS, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or rights of any third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of {{ governing jurisdiction — to be set by counsel }} without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in {{ venue }}.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
